Massage Therapy

What is Remedial Massage and how can it help you?

Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. (Ref 1)

Generally, people use massage to address a specific complaint, such as pain or limited range of motion or general relaxation and wellbeing. Research suggests massage therapy may contribute to both goals.  (Ref 2)
