Do I need a referral letter?

If you are a private patient, you DO NOT need a referral to be treated by our physiotherapists.

Workers compensation, Veteran Affairs and Motor Vehicle Accident will require a Doctors referral prior to being assessed by a Physiotherapist.

Can I use my health fund card?

Yes you can! We have a iSoft terminal on site which allows us to directly communicate with your health fund and the option of EFTPOS or cash for any gap payment.

What do I need to bring?

Depending on the area being treated, the physiotherapists may require you to change clothes to fully assess the problem area. The session may include exercise rehabilitation in the gym, therefore closed-in shoes are recommended (joggers).

Where is the clinic located?

The clinic is situated onsite beside the Bayswater Medical Centre at 437 Guildford Road, Bayswater (corner and entry off Roberts Street)

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee may be charged for non-attendance or failure to notify the practice within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment. This policy is intended to help avoid situations where a patient requiring an appointment is unable to book a treatment time, only to have another patient subsequently not attend.
